Wine maker Rolanie Lotz selects only the best bunches for fermentation and maturation, try her sophisticated and elegant Shiraz, Chardonnay, and Chenin Blanc’s when you visit. Biodiversity is critical at Rhebokskloof, remember to ask Viticulturist Andre Rousseau to give you the heads up on their all-natural parasite control initiative. We are also looking at the roll-out of a bird’s eye view flat-rock tasting and picnic option – this is one to remember for future bookings. Dining options offer a choice of restaurant, picnic or pizzas. For those with adventure in their heart mountain biking, hiking, trail running, horse riding, and quad biking.
