• Who can participate in this Lucky Draw?

This Contest is open only to all Non-Muslim residents in Malaysia aged 21 or older.

• How many lucky draw chances will I get?

50 tickets = 1 chance

100 tickets = 3 chances

• Why no lucky draw voucher/coupon?

No physical coupon/voucher will be issued as this is an auto entry lucky draw contest. The lucky draw chances will be generated by our backend system once the campaign ends.

• How to draw?

This Lucky Draw will be conducted on Facebook Live on 6th August 2021 at 3 PM. Winners will be chosen through the Lucky Draw from the pool of total eligible entries. Eligible participants can participate multiple times, but can only win one (1) Prize throughout the promotion. The lucky draw chances will be indicated by your purchase name and contact number.

• How do I know if I have won the prize?

If you have missed our Facebook Live, you can watch the replay. The Winner will be informed/notified via Facebook, phone call, or any other modes of communication deemed appropriate by the Organiser.

• What should I do if I have won the prize?

For verification purposes, winners are required to fill in their details on Big Sweep App:-

2. Contact number

3. Email address

4. Bank information ( Bank Name, Account Name, Bank Account Number )

5. Identification card number ( IC/passport)

6. Upload both IC front and back ( Local ), passport (foreigner)

• When will I receive the prize?

For cash prizes, once verification is done, payment will be transferred to winners within 14 working days.
