KNOW WHO TO CONTACT
Note that not everything is organized by the study program. Before ask something, understand the problem and be sure to contact the correct unit.
There are three major units in the faculty that is related directly to students.
Contact your study program if you have issue related to credits you take to graduate from the program.
Contact Academic Affairs Unit (LAAK) if you have problems related to academic documents. This includes documents you submit for internship, academic defense and judicium.
Contact Student Affairs Unit (Kemahasiswaan) if you have questions about student activities and its support, including scholarships.
Some problems are also handled by units in University level. So students may need to contact units outside the faculty.
The Department’s Secretaries and Administrators are available to support you with queries regarding your degree, or offer guidance and advice, and is located in room TULT-1706, and available between 08.30 and 16.30 (West Indonesian time) Monday to Friday.
We will communicate with you during your studies in several ways: emails, WhatsApp groups, Telegram groups, or through your academic advisor.

Related to Student Affairs, students usually ask for some letters to support their activities. Some letters can be applied via toss.telkomuniversity.ac.id.
Letters can be requested from toss are:
1. Confirmation of Study (Surat Aktif Mahasiswa)
2. Dispensation
3. Scholarship Recommendation
4. Competition Assignment Letter
5. Certificate of Good Conduct (Surat Keterangan Kelakuan Baik)
Otherwise, if students have issues related to:
