I’m passionate about creating spaces where movement and breath become tools to return to yourself
Hi, I’m María Camila. I’ve been practicing yoga since 2018, when I first found it during a challenging chapter in my life. That first class was a turning point — through breath and movement, I began to feel more grounded, more myself. It felt like coming home.
Yoga has since become a steady companion — helping me build strength, stay present, and move through life with intention.
In 2023, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and began sharing this practice with others. I started Bienestar Yoga as an initiative to create space for the Hispanic community in DC, offering classes in Spanish that are both welcoming and culturally rooted. Today, I teach in both Spanish and English, in studios, online, outdoors, and in corporate settings, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment for all.
