• User-Generated Content & Media: Photos and videos uploaded for classified advertisements, text descriptions, and audio voice notes recorded within the in-app chat.
• Device & Technical Data: Device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, IP address, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens for push notifications, and crash logs.
• Transaction Information: Record of purchased advertisement packages or featured ad listings (we do not store raw credit card numbers; payments are processed securely via authorized third-party gateways).
2. How We Use Your Information
• To facilitate the posting, browsing, and discovery of classified ads.
• To enable direct peer-to-peer communication (chat, voice notes) between buyers and sellers.
• To deliver push notifications regarding ad updates, chat messages, and account alerts.
• To prevent fraud, moderate inappropriate listings, and enhance platform security.
• To display relevant advertisements (via Google AdMob) and optimize app performance.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. Information is shared only with:
• Other users: Public listing details, seller name, rating, and public contact choices.
• Trusted service providers: Google Cloud/Firebase (infrastructure, authentication, notifications), Google Maps API (location visualization), Google AdMob (in-app advertising), and secure payment processors.
• Law enforcement: When required by applicable Saudi Arabian regulations and judicial orders.
4. Data Retention & Security
We retain your data as long as your account is active. We employ industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit and secure database storage to prevent unauthorized access.
