Our goal is to develop low-power, compact system designs beyond traditional ICs for applications like neural interfaces, IoT sensing/actuating systems, and SoC communication (including 3DICs and chiplets). We aim to exceed conventional integrated circuit boundaries, focusing on "ultra-low power and area efficiency". 

• Neuromorphic Neural Interface SoC (e.g., Artificial Retina, Cochlear Implant, BCI)

• Self-powered Sensing Node SoC for IoT applications

• Low-power Chip to Chip interfaces for 3DIC

• System-level design scheme

• Various CAD tool skills (from analog to digital)

• Chip design experiences of various applications from Bio-medical application to high-speed data interface  with academical & mass production views
