Dr. Jauharah developed the course module to assist fellow researchers in effectively utilizing premium academic databases, staying updated on current trends in their fields, identifying research gaps, and discovering potential hot topics for future studies. This workshop has helped many participants successfully publish their bibliometric-based papers. In addition to her research work, she also serves as a reviewer for high-impact journals published by Elsevier, SpringerNature, Wiley, IEEE, Taylor & Francis, and others.

As an accredited trainer under HRD Corp, Dr. Jauharah extends her academic services to the private sector through Learntra Academy.
