GETTING STARTED
Step 1 — Create your account
Sign up with your email address. Your account syncs your progress, highlights, and journal entries across all your devices.
Step 2 — Choose your Bible translation
Open the reader and tap the settings icon to select your preferred translation from our library of public-domain versions.
Step 3 — Start a reading plan
Head to the Library tab and choose from curated reading plans, or build your own custom schedule with the Plan Builder.
Step 4 — Explore study tools
Tap any passage to access AI-powered analysis, cross-references, and multi-translation comparison.
Step 5 — Upgrade to Premium (optional)
Access all translations, unlimited AI insights, and full community features by subscribing from the Account tab.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Biblical Insight → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Open Google Play → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Biblical Insight → Cancel.
Q: My purchase isn't being recognized. What do I do?
Try restoring your purchases: go to the Account tab → Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same account used during the original purchase. If the issue continues, email us with your receipt and we will resolve it manually.
Q: Is my journal data private?
Yes. Your personal journal entries and private highlights are never visible to other users. They are stored securely and are only accessible to you.
Q: Which Bible translations are available?
Biblical Insight includes public-domain translations: KJV (King James Version), ASV (American Standard Version), WEB (World English Bible), DRA (Douay-Rheims), YLT (Young's Literal Translation), and more. Premium subscribers get access to the full translation library.
Q: Does the app work offline?
Previously loaded chapters are cached and available offline. AI-powered features and community content require an internet connection. Sync resumes automatically when you reconnect.
Q: How do I delete my account?
Email us at [ mcseagate@gmail.com ] with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 7 business days. This action is permanent and will remove all your data including journal entries, highlights, and reading progress.
Q: Can I use the app on multiple devices?
Yes. Sign in with the same account on any device (iOS, Android, or web) and your reading progress, highlights, and journal entries will sync automatically.
Q: How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google depending on where you made the purchase.
iOS: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
Android: Open Google Play → Order History → Request a refund
Q: What do I do if the app is crashing?
Try the following steps:
1. Close and reopen the app
2. Check for app updates in the App Store or Google Play
3. Restart your device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app (your data is saved to your account)
