There is a two thousand year old Historical Figure, who people should think about seriously, and happens to still be around today...Every man, every woman whether he believes in Christianity or not, should consider their thoughts and ideas about this Man who was a Nazarene, and also called a Galilean with these strange and odd facts in which He Personally Believed...This Controversial Man, who was born in the first century in Bethlehem and taught around the areas of Galilee and Nazareth for approximately three years, was actually convinced, that He had come from above and was sent by God...He was also convinced that He could do miracles, and many people saw Him do them...He was also convinced that He could naturally forgive people of their sins...He was convinced that He was One with God, and that God was His Father, and so He said I and the Father are One...He was convinced that God was in Him and He was in God...He was convinced He had God given authority...He was convinced He could raise people from the dead, and so He did just that, He raised His friend Lazarus from the dead...He was convinced He came into the world is to testify to the Truth....He was convinced that everyone on the side of truth would listen to Him...He was convinced that He was the Only Way to Heaven and the Only Way to God...He was convinced if you had seen Him, then He said you had also seen God...He was convinced His Disciples and Apostles would carry His Teachings into the future, and His Gospel and teachings to every nation in the world...So as He looked at the men He taught and dwelt among, He was convinced one day He would sit at the right hand of God and judge not only those men, but also all of mankind who He had taught and others in the future who would be taught His gospel from all lands, cultures, and nations of the earth...He was convinced His Disciples would do great things and glorify Him and God...He was convinced He would some day return to earth in His Second Coming...So you might think this Man is touched or you might believe that He is as one of His Disciples named Thomas called Him, my LORD and my God...But this Man refused adamantly to believe while He was on earth that He was just to be only considered a mere Rabbi, or just a Great Teacher...He had convinced Himself He was more than a Teaching Rabbi...He was convinced that He was the Messiah that had come from the Old Testament Scripture, and told a Samarian woman that He was, in fact, the Messiah...And yet He was convinced He was a Servant...He was convinced His Words would never pass away...
He was convinced of who He was...He left us and leaves us no middle ground on His thinking and Teachings of who He was, where He came from, and that He could do miracles, so He asks us, Who do you think I AM?...Are you convinced of who He is?...
