# Privacy Policy for Bible Game Challenge
This privacy policy applies to the Bible Game Challenge app (hereby referred to as "Application") created by AfricaTech Digital Academy as a Free service.
### 1. Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our Application, we require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. We collect and process the following data:
* **Personal Identifiers:** Email address, Display Name (Nickname), and Profile Picture (if uploaded by the user).
* **Authentication Data:** We use Firebase Authentication to manage user accounts.
* **Device Information:** IP address, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
* **Usage Data:** Time spent in the app, pages visited, and quiz performance/scores.
### 2. Location Data
The Application collects **Approximate Location** (network-based) data via Google Analytics for Firebase to understand our user distribution. We **do not** collect or access your device’s precise GPS location.
### 3. Health and Medical Data (Explicit Disclosure)
**The Application does not access, collect, or share any Health or Medical data.** We do not integrate with the Google Fit SDK, Health Connect API, or any other health-related frameworks.
### 4. Data Deletion and Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
* **In-App Deletion:** Users can delete their account and all associated data (profile information and scores) directly within the "Edit Profile" screen of the Application.
* **Manual Request:** You may also request data deletion by contacting us at info@africatechglobal.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
### 5. Third-Party Services
The Application uses third-party services that collect information used to identify you. These include:

### 6. Children's Privacy
The Application is intended for a general audience, including children. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 without parental consent. If we discover a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will immediately delete it from our servers.

We value your trust in providing us your personal information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. All data is encrypted in transit between the Application and our Firebase servers.

### Step-by-Step Fix in Google Play Console:
1. **Update the Host:** Update the text on your GitHub Gist (or your website) with the new text above. Ensure the link remains the same.
2. **Go to Play Console:** Go to your **Dashboard**.
3. **App Content:** Scroll to the bottom left menu -> **Policy** -> **App content**.
4. **Privacy Policy:** Click **Manage** or **Start** next to "Privacy Policy".
5. **Re-submit URL:** Confirm the URL is correct and click **Save**.
6. **Data Safety Form (Very Important):**
* While in **App Content**, click **Manage** on the **Data Safety** section.
* Make sure you have checked **"Approximate Location"** (because of the rejection message) and **"User IDs"**.
* Complete the form and Save.
7. **Publishing Overview:** Go to **Publishing overview** (top left menu) and click **"Send for review"**.
