Welcome to Sunny Bible-Prayers Widgets (“the App”), operated by Huy Do Van (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App, including all content, features, subscriptions, and services made available through it.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Sunny Bible-Prayers Widgets is a mobile application designed to provide Bible-related and faith-based content and tools, which may include:
Bible reading
Daily verses
Devotional content
Prayer and reflection tools
Reading plans
Inspirational and spiritual content
Home screen widgets and related personalized content features
The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
By using the App, you confirm that:
You have read and understood these Terms;
You agree to comply with them;
You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
If you are using the App on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce the App or its content without permission;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
Interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation or security.
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us.
The App provides religious, devotional, educational, and inspirational content for general informational and personal spiritual use only.
While we strive to provide meaningful and respectful content, we do not guarantee that:
all content will meet your personal expectations or beliefs;
all content will always be complete, current, or error-free;
the App will be suitable for every denomination, tradition, or personal interpretation.
Nothing in the App is intended to replace:
professional medical advice,
mental health counseling,
legal advice,
financial advice,
pastoral care or professional religious guidance where needed.
If you are experiencing emotional distress, crisis, or urgent personal hardship, please seek appropriate professional or emergency support.
The App may include Bible translations, devotionals, quotations, prayers, widgets, or other faith-based materials that are licensed from, attributed to, or inspired by third-party sources.
All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property rights in such materials remain the property of their respective owners.
You agree not to:
reproduce or redistribute protected content in violation of applicable copyright laws;
remove attribution, notices, or ownership statements where applicable.

You agree to use the App in a respectful and lawful manner.
You must not:
use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems;
upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, viruses, or harmful content;
misuse any features of the App in a way that may damage, disable, or impair service.
If the App includes note-taking, journaling, prayer logs, favorites, or other user-input features, you remain solely responsible for the content you create or store.
Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing, billing, and renewal terms described below.
The App may offer the following subscription plans:
Monthly Plan: USD $4.99 per month
Annual Plan: USD $49.99 per year
Free Trial: 3-day free trial (if offered and shown in the App at the time of purchase)
Actual pricing may vary by country, currency, taxes, or Apple App Store pricing adjustments.
If you are eligible for a 3-day free trial, you will not be charged until the free trial period ends.
Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial, your selected subscription plan will automatically begin, and the applicable subscription fee will be charged to your Apple ID account.
The free trial is available only to eligible users and may be limited to one trial per Apple account, device, or household, to the extent permitted by Apple.
We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or limit free trial eligibility at any time to the extent permitted by law and platform rules.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected subscription plan, unless otherwise disclosed at the time of purchase.
All subscription purchases and payments are processed through the Apple App Store.
We do not directly collect or process your payment card details for in-app purchases made through Apple.
By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Apple’s applicable payment and subscription terms.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple device settings:
Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
If you cancel a subscription, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of the current subscription period unless required by applicable law or granted by Apple.
Refunds for subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled by Apple, in accordance with Apple’s refund policies.
We do not guarantee refunds for purchases made through the App Store.
To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly.
We reserve the right to modify subscription offerings, features, pricing, trial availability, or package structure in the future, to the extent permitted by applicable law and platform rules.
Any pricing changes for existing subscriptions will be handled in accordance with Apple’s App Store policies.
The App may display third-party advertisements, including through advertising networks or ad mediation services.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, or privacy practices of third-party advertisements, websites, or services linked from advertisements shown in the App.
Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
The App, including but not limited to its:
design,
layout,
text,
graphics,
icons,
branding,
logos,
features,
software,
and original content,
is owned by or licensed to Huy Do Van and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not use our branding, logos, or proprietary content without prior written permission.
We may, at any time and without prior notice:
modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App;
add or remove features;
fix bugs, improve performance, or change content.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may also limit access to certain features or services at our sole discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of:
merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose,
non-infringement,
availability,
reliability,
or accuracy.
We do not warrant that:
the App will always function without interruption;
defects will always be corrected immediately;
the App will be free from viruses or harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Huy Do Van, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
This includes, without limitation:
loss of data,
loss of access,
emotional distress,
device malfunction,
business interruption,
or any damages resulting from reliance on content provided through the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Huy Do Van, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:
your use of the App;
your violation of these Terms;
your misuse of any content, features, or services provided through the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms or used the App in an unlawful or harmful way.
Upon termination:
your right to use the App will immediately cease;
any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:
these Terms are concluded between you and Huy Do Van, and not with Apple;
Apple is not responsible for the App or its content;
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App;
in the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price for the App (if any), to the extent permitted by applicable law;
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
You also agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms when using the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws and competent courts of Vietnam, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may notify users by updating the date at the top of this page or through the App where appropriate.
Your continued use of the App after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
