Privacy Policy

Thank you for using "Bible for Kids・Stories & Games" ("the App"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the App. The App is made for young children and their families, and we have deliberately built it to keep data collection to the absolute minimum.
1. Information We Collect
The App does not require account registration, and we do not collect personally identifiable information for our own customer database. Depending on how you use the App, the following information may be processed:
- Reading progress, including which of the 20 illustrated Bible stories you have opened, completed, or unlocked
- Stories you mark as favorites and the illustrations you have viewed in the gallery
- App preferences, such as the interface language, the appearance theme, and your read-aloud narration settings
- Subscription and purchase status, so the App knows whether to unlock all stories for you
- Anonymous technical identifiers and basic device information, such as device model, operating system version, app version, and country, generated by our subscription provider to manage your subscription and prevent fraud
The App does not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, or photos, and it does not access your camera or microphone.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use information only to provide and improve the App's features. Specifically, we use it to:
- Remember your place in a story and which stories you have already unlocked
- Keep your favorites, your chosen language, and your narration and display preferences
- Read the stories aloud using the text-to-speech voice built into your device
- Process subscriptions and restore previous purchases
- Show the correct content and pricing for your region
- Understand and fix technical problems so the App becomes more reliable
We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it for behavioral advertising or profiling.
3. Third-Party Services
The App is built with Expo and React Native and relies on a small number of third-party services:
- RevenueCat, which manages subscriptions, validates purchases, and restores previous purchases
- The Apple App Store on iOS and Google Play on Android, which process payments and handle subscription billing
- The text-to-speech engine built into your device, provided by Apple or Google, which narrates the stories aloud
Each of these services processes data under its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them. The App contains no advertising networks and no third-party analytics or tracking software development kits.
4. Data Storage
Your reading progress, unlocked stories, favorites, and preferences are stored locally on your device and stay there. We do not operate our own servers, and we do not keep a copy of this data. Subscription and purchase records are held by RevenueCat and by the Apple App Store or Google Play for as long as they need them to manage your subscription and to meet their legal and accounting obligations. Deleting the App removes the locally stored data from your device, while purchase records remain with the store and can be brought back using "Restore Purchases".
5. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information processed by the App. Because your progress, favorites, and preferences never leave your device, they are protected by your device's own security, including its passcode and system-level encryption. Payment details are entered directly into the Apple App Store or Google Play, and they are never seen by us, transmitted to us, or stored by us. Please note that no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is designed for children, and we have built it accordingly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, we do not require an account, and we do not show advertising. There is no chat, no user-generated content, and no social feature, so there is no way for a child to share information with us or with anyone else through the App. Links that lead outside the App, including the links to this policy and to the Terms of Use, are placed behind a parental gate that asks a simple arithmetic question, so that a grown-up confirms before the App opens them. Purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to the parental controls you have configured there, such as Ask to Buy or a purchase password. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address below and we will delete it promptly.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete information relating to you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to request a copy of it. Because the App keeps your data on your own device, you can exercise most of these rights yourself at any time: reset your progress and preferences from within the App, or delete the App to remove the data entirely. 8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App or to legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page and publish the updated policy at its public address. Where a change is significant, we will make a reasonable effort to bring it to your attention. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
