This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Kenil Parsana (“Developer”, “we”, “us”, “our”) governing your access to and use of The Bible – Daily Bible Verse mobile application and its related content and features (collectively, the “App”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial, educational, and spiritual purposes.
You agree that you will not:
Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content from the App without prior written permission.
Use the App or its content for commercial purposes, resale, or advertising without authorization.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
Use the App in a manner that violates applicable laws or infringes the rights of others.
Misuse or abuse the App in any way that could harm, disrupt, or impair its functionality.
All content available in the App—including Bible texts, devotionals, images, audio, software, design elements, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Kenil Parsana and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Use of the App does not grant you any ownership or proprietary rights in the App or its content.
If you voluntarily submit feedback, suggestions, reviews, or other content to the Developer, you grant a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish such content for app improvement, support, or promotional purposes.
This Agreement remains effective until terminated. The Developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate this Agreement or misuse the App.
Upon termination, all rights granted under this Agreement will immediately cease.
The Developer may update, modify, or discontinue the App or this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of content, or compatibility with all devices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kenil Parsana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the App.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
