Hello, I am currently working as an Assistant Professor in the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, NIT Meghalaya, India. Previously, I was a postdoctoral researcher in the Neuromorphic Computing Lab at Pennsylvania State University,  hosted by Prof. Abhronil Sengupta. I have another postdoctoral experience from Institute for Microelectronics, TU Wien, Vienna, hosted by Prof. Tibor Grasser. I completed my Ph.D. at VLSI Engineering Lab, Dept. of E&ECE, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India. My research interest primarily includes modeling and simulation of FETs, material-device co-design, first-principle simulation, resistive sensors, nano-scaled memory devices for neuromorphic computation, electronic design automation, etc.
