This perspective faces the Pacific Ocean, looking towards the west. In the distance are the coastal and desert landforms that allow for rest and interaction, providing seating and spaces for families to gather. In the foreground are green spaces inspired by agriculture plains along the Rio Grande River. The park is framed by the US-Mexico Border Wall on the left, and the US security fence on the right.

Facing the opposite direction towards the east, this perspective shows jaguar spot seats, inspired by the Madrean Archipelago Ecoregion. On the right against the US-Mexico border wall is the existing Bi-National Friendship Garden, bringing two countries through gardening. Behind the South Texas agriculture plains is the Western Gulf rain garden at the end of the park, adajacent to the butterfly gardens designed for the monarch butterflies that pass through this region during migration.
