Bhutan doesn't rush you - the roads climb slowly through Thimphu's dzongs and Paro's valley, and the whole trip builds toward one morning: the hike up to Taktsang, the Tiger's Nest monastery, perched on a cliff 900 metres above the valley floor.

Day 1

Siliguri to Phuentsholing / Jaigaon

Crossing Into the Kingdom

• Transfer from Siliguri to Phuentsholing

• Check-in and overnight stay at Phuentsholing

Day 2

Phuentsholing / Jaigaon to Thimphu

Waterfalls, Stupas & a River Confluence

• Immigration formalities, then transfer to Thimphu

• En route: Sangye Migyur Ling Lhakhang (Milarepa Tower), Eight Dharma Kaya Stupa (Gedu), Chukha roadside waterfall, Chuzum gate (confluence of three rivers)

• Check-in and overnight stay at Thimphu

Day 3

Thimphu to Paro

Dzongs, Markets & the Craft Bazaar

Morning: Kuensel Phodrang (Buddha Statue) outer view, Hindu Temple, National Memorial Chorten outer view, Wagdi Tse Lhakhang (40-minute hike).

Afternoon: Nunnery, BBS Tower, National Library, Centenary Farmer Market.

Evening: Tashichhoe Dzong outer view, Craft Bazaar. Transfer to Paro, overnight stay.

Day 4

Paro

Tiger's Nest Excursion

• Excursion to Taktsang Monastery (Tiger's Nest)

• Drukgyel Dzong, if time permits

• Overnight stay at Paro

Day 5

Paro to Phuentsholing / Jaigaon

Museums & Viewpoints on the Way Back

• Riverside and Airport viewpoints

• Ta Dzong (National Museum), Rinpung Dzong, Museum of Light

• Transfer to Phuentsholing; check-in and overnight stay

Day 6

Phuentsholing / Jaigaon to Departure

Back Across the Border

Check-out and transfer to NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra (IXB) Airport for departure.

• Pick-up & drop: NJP Station / IXB Airport / Alipurduar / Hasimara / Paro Airport

Not Included

• Daily surcharge of ₹1,200 per night

• Attraction entrance fees, camera fees, activity costs

• Personal expenses (laundry, beverages, tips, etc.)

• Additional sightseeing or extra vehicle usage beyond the itinerary

• Costs from natural calamities, landslides, road blockage, strikes, etc. (payable directly on the spot)

• TCS as per applicable guest PAN

• ⁠Visa, flights, meals, and travel insurance are excluded but fully supported by our team.

• Quoted price is based on 2 pax; per-person cost decreases as group size increases.

• All further customizations to the itinerary are welcome, with pricing adjusted (higher or lower) accordingly.

Booking confirmation: 50% of package cost

Balance payment: 12 days before trip

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellations 10 days before the commencement of the trip, advance will not be refunded.
