I served as a panelist at the First Global AI Summit 2026 at GLA University, Greater Noida, held in association with Tata Advanced Systems Limited, the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Digital India Corporation, and IndiaAI. Centered on the theme “Impact of AI on People, Planet, and Progress,” the discussion aligned closely with my work on responsible AI adoption, data-driven culture, and the broader societal implications of emerging technologies. Engaging with leaders from academia, industry, and government reinforced the importance of advancing ethical, inclusive, and impact-driven AI beyond experimentation and hype.

I spoke at the AI Summit New York on “From Data-Driven to AI-Native: How AI Is Shifting Data Team Culture—and What’s Next.” The session examined how AI is fundamentally reshaping data team workflows, decision-making, and collaboration—moving teams from manual, pipeline-centric processes to AI-driven, adaptive systems. Drawing on industry and research insights, I discussed emerging blended roles across data engineering, analytics, and AI, evolving skill expectations, and the growing importance of trust, transparency, and responsible AI practices. The talk offered practical guidance on building confidence in AI-powered decisions, preparing teams for role transformation, and balancing rapid innovation with governance and sustainability—positioning AI as a long-term strategic advantage rather than a disruptive force.

I had the opportunity to speak at International Women's Day 2026, where I presented on “Data Engineering in the Age of AI: Automation, Responsibility, and Human Oversight” under the theme “Give to Gain.” In this session, I shared insights on how AI is transforming data engineering through automation, while emphasizing the critical role of human accountability in ensuring data accuracy, ethical decision-making, and reliable outcomes. UXPA 23rd User Experience Conference

I presented “UX for Data Engineers and Analysts: Designing User-Friendly Dashboards for Non-Technical Professionals” at the UXPA 23rd User Experience Conference. The session addressed how complex data can be translated into intuitive, actionable dashboards for non-technical users such as healthcare providers, administrators, and executives. Drawing on real-world case studies, I discussed core principles of user-centered dashboard design, including data simplification, effective visualization, accessibility, and usability, along with the role of AI in generating automated insights. The presentation demonstrated how thoughtful UX design reduces cognitive overload and enables confident, data-driven decision-making across organizations.
