Dryland/ Strength and Conditioning Coach:  Chris DeMeio M.Ed.

I was a multi-sport athlete growing up, having played soccer, track, football and baseball before an injury ended my college playing days.  I became heavily involved in weight training and athletic fitness as a recreation during the recovery phase of my injury.  Currently managing the Dryland portion of the Butler Swimming and Diving Program, I am an Accredited Interscholastic Coach (AIC) through the National Federation of State High School Associations.  My coaching experience spans over two decades in varsity high school sports like baseball, softball and football, as well as travel and recreational softball. These coaching experiences afforded me the blessings of working with players, coaches and staff members across various levels of sport, including Division I College Programs and Olympic level athletes.  Additionally, I have had the great privilege of coaching numerous college-bound student-athletes and have experience navigating the college recruiting process.
