Your teacher may choose to set up some video classes through Zoom or Adobe Connect. This is up to them, and not all teachers will be doing it. Your teacher will invite you if it's happening. To participate in a video conference you will need a device with a camera and microphone. You can use you phone or iPad if your computer is not suitable. (Or someone else in the family needs to have their turn!)
Phoning in to chat with your teacher is getting a bit tricky as most teachers are working from home and some are at school. If you have a general administration enquiry, ring the school and the office staff will direct your call.
