Diwali Festa Organization

As a member of the CCA (Co-Curricular Activities) team, I had the opportunity to be part of the Diwali Festa program, where we were responsible for organizing and managing all aspects of the event from start to finish. Our group took charge of coordinating various tasks, ensuring that everything was planned meticulously and executed smoothly.

We began by reaching out to vendors and managing stall arrangements, ensuring that each stall was assigned to a particular individual on rent for four days. Along with this, we handled all financial arrangements for the event to ensure everything was set within the budget.

Our team took responsibility for the advertising and promotion of the event. This included creating brochures, pamphlets, and hoardings that were displayed around the area, drawing attention to the upcoming festivities. The entire process, from conceptualization to execution, was managed by our group.

The Diwali Festa itself was a vibrant, well-organized four-day event that was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. It was a truly rewarding experience for me, and I gained valuable insights into event management, teamwork, and how to execute a large-scale cultural program successfully.
