Smart Land Tools (“App”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is developed and maintained by Bhoosnap Tools.

By installing or using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App immediately.
The App itself does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information.
However, limited data may be collected automatically through integrated third-party SDKs as described below.

Expense Tracker: All expense and account data are stored locally on your device storage.
Document Scanner (Google ML Kit): Images and scanned files are processed and saved locally only. We do not upload or analyze these images on any server.
Converters, Age Calculator, Calendar, and Muhurat Tools: Operate entirely offline.
You may delete all such local data at any time by clearing the App data or uninstalling the App.
The App provides quick access to official government websites (for example, Bihar Land Records) through Chrome Custom Tabs.
⚠️ Any information entered or collected on those external sites is handled solely by the respective government portal.
We do not capture, store, or share any data that you submit on those websites.

No other sensitive permissions are used.
We display in-app advertisements via Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network.
These networks may use device identifiers or cookies to serve personalized ads (depending on your consent and regional settings).
You can opt out of ad personalization in your device’s Google settings or through your Meta ad-preferences page.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard locally stored data.
However, since all data remain on your own device, we cannot guarantee protection against loss caused by device damage, theft, or third-party software.
Our App is intended for general use and not specifically targeted toward children under 13 years.
We do not knowingly collect or store any personal data from children.
Links to external websites (including government portals) are provided for user convenience.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or data collection policies of those external websites or any third-party advertisements shown within the App.
You may delete all locally stored data at any time.
You may reset advertising identifiers and limit ad tracking in your device settings.
You may opt out of personalized advertising through Google’s Ad Settings or Meta’s Ad Preferences.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
