Main retreat- Silent Vipassana “Insightfulness”- 8 days of meditations in silence, learning the art of Vipassana meditation, daily Qigong, Dahrma talks, Yoga, Raw vegan food into coconut fasting.
Detox preps- Kambo daily morning
