PLEASE NOTE THAT STEPS 1, 2 and 3 MUST BE COMPLETED FOR STUDENT'S PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT
STEP 4 IS A SIGN-UP VOLUNTEER FORM- WE REALLY NEED YOUR SUPPORT
STEP 5 - 5TH GRADERS SIGN-UP
We will start selling the tickets in March.
Students who will be on stage will not need tickets.

Fill Out Student Permission Slip (Each Performer Must Complete)

Submit Act Video ( MP4), Music File ( MP3) and 2 Act Photos (One Email Per Act) - send to bradleyhillsvarietyshow@gmail.com
Make sure you name all the files according the name of the act.
