This is how i work: Home visits, Long-term, face to face, short-term face to face and time-limited.

Our first session together will be and introduction to counselling and will run for 40 minutes, it will also allow you to decide whether Humanistic Counselling is right for your current needs and an opportunity to discuss your expectations of what you would like to get out of the counselling sessions.

Once decided that counselling is right for you , sessions will run for 1 hour and will continue on a weekly basis or until you decide its time for counselling to come to an end.
