Guidance for Real Estate Agents/Conveyancers

As a prospective  purchaser, once a (signed) contract is available (maybe prior - TBC), then the "prospect purchaser" will be given Read-Access to the BHC Member Site.  Any troubleshooting should be done primarily with the "Seller of the Share" - supported by the BHC WebMaster (David) / Assistant (Aviv).  You will be sent a BHC login and Password to your email address.

As you know BHC is an MO Community, as such the BHC Directors have the final vote as to who joins BHC as a member.  Please help us to ensure the right people enter the "conveyancing process".

Stamp Duty 

Proof of Stamp Duty payment/exemption must be lodged with the BHC Secretary before the BHC Share Certificate is issued.  Please check with your legal team.
