Hello! I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Denver.

My scholarship focuses on the political economy of trade and development, with particular attention to labor exploitation and capital accumulation in global value chains. I am especially interested in questions of power and distribution with evolving global relationships. My teaching similarly highlights strucutral inequalities in introductory courses as well as graduate courses on trade and development.

I am also a Steering Committee Member for the Union of Radical Political Economics (URPE).

Outside the office, I enjoy reading, hiking, and playing board games.
