Hello!

I'm an Artist, Business Consultant, Coach, Designer, and a Virtual Assistant. As a VA I specialize in working with solo professionals, entrepreneurs, and small business owners. I help them with all the backend pieces of their businesses, like updating their websites, creating social media posts, helping send out email newsletters, and other administrative tasks. Being a Mom, I put my career on hold to meet family responsibilities, and still, I have learned & earned a lot while managing my home.

I have a passion for learning. So I did many Certifications and online courses such as Business Analyst, Quality Assurance, and Microsoft Excel Masterclass, and presently I am self-studying UX-UI designing, AI, and many more. It's a never-ending process for me. I follow many great knowledgeable people's informational/tutorial videos, blogs, podcasts, and ted-talk to keep up with the industry.

As a parent, I developed many essential skills, such as Communication, Coordination, Conflict resolution expert, Time management, Negotiation, Organization, Conduct Research, Creating & Maintaining a Budget, and a high degree of Emotional Intelligence.

I love contributing to society/community. I Volunteer at NY/NJ Schools & Hospitals, such as coordinating the Paint fest, Coordinate Annual Fund Raising Program, Budget Planning, and Flyer Designing. Upgrade the Library Management for NY school, Manage Bayonne Home Town Fair, and help my friends in office administrative task like import-export documentation & inventory management, Logo & social media post Designing. I also Volunteer frequently for many nonprofit organizations Like Manavi, Iskcon and Parvati Foundation, etc.

I started the "A Tranquil Life Virtual Assistant Services" VA Business and the "Bhavna111 Artist Shop" Fashion line business. It has a variety of Collections I sell my art/design printed on high-quality products to a global audience. It’s fun, easy, and quick to get any of my art on over 70 unique products and Fabrics at your doorstep with the help of local businesses/ Brands like Redbubble, LeGaleriste, Contrado, Teespting, Spoonflower, and Teeshopper.in

I'm incredibly excited about the opportunities that lie ahead in the future. "My objective is to use my Educational, Professional, and Home Management skills, including Volunteer Experience, the best possible way to achieve my client/customer goals as well as my professional goals."
