Working embedded with the design and production team on a 140-unit/day robotic platform. My role is to physically evaluate assemblies, identify mechanical and fit failures, trace root cause, and push corrective design recommendations upstream to the design team. This is design feedback work — reading a physical product against its intent and closing the loop between production reality and design specification.
