Jurisdiction

The competent court in Chandauli shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide any question regarding the interpretation and construction of this deed or administration of the Trust and the related matters. In the event of such Courts have concurrent jurisdiction with any other Court or Courts in respect of any claim or dispute against or by the Trust or Trustee or any matter connected there with the competent courts of Chandauli, shall have jurisdiction to entertain, try and determine such claim or dispute in exclusion for such other court or courts.
