be the best you

Be You and Proud of it

This is the best advice I can give to anyone. Growing up I was constantly confounded by how my classmates found certain things so easy while I found them near impossible. It was difficult for me to see the things that I did well that others struggled with.

This is one of the greatest barriers to self-confidence, self-efficacy and self-determination. It is my belief that by incorporating ways for students to access learning and allowing for students to use a variety of ways to share what they know that they will feel more confident, inspired and independent.

Remember, to grow is to learn and that can be done at any age.
