My work combines engineering, aircraft building, system integration and real-world flight testing. I believe that meaningful aircraft development comes from understanding the complete journey—from the first concept and prototype to the moment an aircraft takes flight.

With a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, this expertise has been further developed through 6+ years of hands-on aeromodelling experience and participation in national-level competitions.

For me, UAV engineering is not confined to a computer screen. It is about turning ideas into real aircraft, putting them in the air, learning from every flight, and using that experience to build something better.
I believe the strongest aircraft are developed where engineering meets hands-on experience—where design decisions are tested against real-world conditions and every flight becomes an opportunity to learn, refine, and improve.

With 8+ years of hands-on experience across UAV design, rapid prototyping, system integration, flight testing, and precision flight operations, Bharat Vaishnav brings an end-to-end understanding of unmanned aircraft development.
As Former Director & CTO at Cortex Flight Systems, he contributed to the development of indigenous UAV and defence-oriented platforms, including the Rudra Bhedi tactical V-tail UAV and scalable counter-UAS architectures.
His flight experience spans advanced manual FPV operations, multirotor and fixed-wing aircraft, supported by extensive practical flight testing and more than 1,200 flight hours.
He has also contributed to specialized UAV flight-training programs involving Indian Army personnel and national aviation initiatives, combining technical knowledge, operational experience, and hands-on instruction.
