Role Overview
As a Sammy Nurse at Bharat Home Health Care, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our clients in their homes. Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.

• Health Assessment: Conduct initial and ongoing health assessments to evaluate clients' physical and emotional well-being, documenting changes and reporting findings to the supervising physician or nurse.

• Care Planning: Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the specific needs of each client.

• Education and Support: Educate clients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures, fostering a collaborative approach to health management.

• Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to medical emergencies with appropriate interventions and care until further medical assistance arrives.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of nursing care provided, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

• Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, families, and the healthcare team, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times.

Qualifications:

• A valid nursing degree (G.N.M/B.Sc Nursing) from an accredited institution.

• Current nursing license and registration.

• Previous experience in home healthcare or a similar setting is preferred.

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
