I lead FlintX, driving privacy‑centric AI to transform regulated sectors. We’re building AI agents that personalize and streamline enterprise workflows. Deploying AI privately isn’t just optional - it’s the future.
From pioneering neuromorphic research to leading projects at the intersection of AI and Industry 4.0, my career has been defined by exploration and impact. Beginning in academia at NUS, I advanced neuromorphic vision technologies before driving innovations as Senior Research Fellow and Principal Investigator at the N.1 Institute for Health. Later, as an Assistant Professor at Western Sydney University’s International Center for Neuromorphic Systems, I contributed to both research and teaching while expanding into IoT, blockchain, and beyond.
Apart from my research and academic pursuits, I find time to explore the rich narratives of history and engage in practices that foster mindfulness and reflection. I also have a deep appreciation for organizing and facilitating events that encourage personal growth and spiritual exploration.
