I’ve always been drawn to the structure and elegance of mathematics — especially how logic can help us approach hard problems with clarity. My curiosity is shaped by questions at the intersection of matrix theory, complementarity problems, and optimization.
Outside of academia, I often capture moments that spark a quiet thought or a philosophical line. I find joy in nature, quiet company — especially with furry friends — and capturing moments through photography. I value silence, nature, and meaningful conversations — they often bring a kind of clarity that goes beyond equations.
One of the most important lessons I learned during my Ph.D. was to be patient and listen outwardly and inwardly. Sometimes, the answers do not come right away. In those moments, slowing down and staying open was just as important as working hard. This lesson — to trust the process — stays with me in both research and life.
