BGS National Public School Hosts 3rd Edition of Model United Nations
BGS National Public School successfully hosted the 3rd edition of its Model United Nations (BGSMUN) on the 20th and 21st of June, bringing together young delegates and future leaders. Over the course of two energetic days, 316 students from various schools participated with remarkable enthusiasm and diplomacy.
This year’s conference featured six exceptional committees—UNSC, UNHRC, DISEC, SOCHUM, AIPPM, and the unique Joint Crisis Committee (JCC) East & West. Each committee tackled pressing global and national issues, encouraging participants to engage in thoughtful debate, policy formulation, and conflict resolution.
From intense crisis simulations in JCC to impactful discussions on human rights and aid allocation to conflict zones, BGSMUN 2025 offered delegates a platform to showcase their passion for global affairs, enhance public speaking skills, and explore their creativity in solving real-world challenges.
The event stood out not only for its professionalism and quality of debate but also for the collaborative spirit it fostered among students. The two intense days concluded on a high note with an exciting social session, allowing delegates to unwind, celebrate, and bond beyond committee walls.BGSMUN 2025 was truly a celebration of diplomacy, dialogue, and youthful leadership—a memorable experience for all involved.
