📄 End-User License Agreement (EULA) for "Timelapse Images"

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and BGrover's Laboratory ("Developer") regarding your use of the mobile application "Timelapse Images".
By installing or using the App, Timelapse Images, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
Developer BGrover's Laboratory, grants you ("User") a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App, Timelapse Images, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on your Android device.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Modify, reverse engineer, de-compile, or disassemble the App, Timelapse Images.
Sell, rent, lease, sub-license, distribute, or exploit the App, Timelapse Images, commercially.
Use the App, Timelapse Images, for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
3. Ownership
The App, Timelapse Images, is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, Timelapse Images, (including all intellectual property rights) remain with the Developer, BGrover's Laboratory.
4. Permissions and Privacy
The App, Timelapse Images, requires access to:
Camera: To capture images
Storage: To save images locally on your device
The App, Timelapse Images, does not access the internet, collect personal data, or transmit any information externally. All data remains on your device.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by uninstalling the App, Timelapse Images. The Developer BGrover's Laboratory, may terminate it if you ("User") violate any terms herein.
Upon termination, you ("User") must cease all use of the App, Timelapse Images, and delete it from your device.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The App, Timelapse Images, is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Developer BGrover's Laboratory, does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer BGrover's Laboratory, shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, Timelapse Images.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the guidelines of BGrover's Laboratory, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
