10 lunges (each side)

Play along and whoever catches the ball three times gets to become the thrower!
Each person will have three bean bags or any materials at home, such as paper balls, or stuffed socks.
You will be tossing the items onto the Bullseye to get points. Once all the items have been tossed you will then add your points.
Each Bullseye should be place at least 6-8 ft. apart. To make the game harder you can slide one bullseye farther apart.

Members can now do exercises with friends while still practicing social distancing. Members can come up with 5-7 exercises to use in their exercise circuit rotation. Each activity should only last for 45 seconds - 1 minute. Members can use my outline to gain more ideas to staying healthy and fit.
