Solitaire Classic ("the app") is published by BG Apps CH. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information. It is deliberately short, because the app collects almost nothing.
WHAT THE APP DOES NOT COLLECT
Solitaire Classic has no account, no sign-in and no server of its own. It does not ask for your name, your email address, your phone number, your contacts, your location, your photos or your files, and it does not have permission to read any of them.
Your games, your statistics and your settings stay on your device. They are never uploaded anywhere, and we cannot see them.
WHAT IS STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
The app saves two things in its own private storage on your phone:
the game you are part-way through, so it is still there when you come back
your settings and your statistics: draw mode, sound, hints, automatic moves, left-handed layout, animation speed, table colour, games played, games won, best time, best score, fewest moves and streaks
Uninstalling the app deletes both. Nothing in that storage leaves your device.
ADVERTISING
The app shows advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. To do this, the Google Mobile Ads SDK is included in the app, and it may collect and share the following for the purpose of showing and measuring ads:
your device's advertising identifier
other device identifiers and technical information about your device
approximate, non-precise location derived from your IP address
This information is collected by Google, not by us. We never receive it and never see it. Google's own privacy policy governs what happens to it: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
If you are in a region where consent is required, the app asks for your consent before any personalised advertising, using Google's official consent form. You can change or withdraw that consent at any time from the "Ad privacy choices" entry on the Settings screen inside the app.
You can also reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings, under Settings > Privacy > Ads (the exact path varies by manufacturer).
There are no advertisements on the game table itself. Advertising appears only on the menu, statistics, settings and about screens, and as an occasional full-screen ad between games.
CHILDREN
Solitaire Classic is a game of patience played with an ordinary deck of cards. It has no gambling, no simulated gambling and no real-money play of any kind. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.
DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Because the app stores nothing on our side, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Removing the app from your device removes everything the app has saved.
To ask Google to delete advertising data associated with your device, use the controls in your Google account and the advertising ID settings on your device.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this same address and the date at the top will change.
