Seit 1.1.2025 gelten neue Regeln für die Bestimmung und Berechnung  der anwaltlichen Vergütungen in Bulgarien.  Der Hauptprinzip ist, dass die Höhe der Rechtsanwaltsvergütung frei  und für jeden Fall zwischen dem Mandanten und  dem Rechtsanwalt zu vereinbaren ist.

Falls die Rechtsanwaltsvergütung nicht explizit vereinbart ist gelten die Normen der VO über die Rechtsanwaltliche Vergütungen, die von dem Obersten Rat der Anwaltschat -VAS- bestimmt sind.

А при липса на писмен договор, то се определя от Висшия адвокатски  съвет според критериите в обновената наредба за възнагражденията на адвокатите.
