Birmingham Family Study Day Events


Birmingham Family Study Day is to be held, God willing, on Saturday 11 June 2022

Registration starts at 9:30 a.m. Any Covid restrictions required will be applied as appropriate at the time

The day will start at 10:00 am with an opening thought (with the exception of creche children and helpers, everyone together in the hall to start the day together).

The day finishes at 4:30 p.m.


The location of Birmingham Family Study Day is Moseley Secondary School, Wake Green Road, Birmingham (close to Hall Green Meeting room).

Adult Studies

Theme: 'To this man will I look...'

- Recognising and reflecting the Lord Jesus

Session 1: 'My eyes have seen your salvation' (Bro Mark Vincent)

Session 2: 'Arise, take up your couch!' (Bro Darren Guy)

Session 3: 'If I be lifted up' (Bro Mark Vincent)

Youth sessions

The youth sessions are aimed at the 13+ (year 8+) age group

Theme: 'To this man will I look...'

Leader: Bro Joe Miles

Children's classes

Theme: 'To this man will I look...'

For each session, classes have been organised for children in school years reception to year 8.

Separate Youth sessions have been organised for those aged 13+ (see above)

Crèche Facilities

Younger children can benefit from:

  • The 'Quiet' Room with a video link (with their parents)

  • The crèche (with their parents) - ages 0-24 months

  • the pre-school class - ages 24-46 months

Other Information

Please bring a packed lunch. Hot & Cold drinks will be provided (Covid permitting)

There will be a choice of activities after lunch including games (bring sports hall trainers), hymn singing, free time to sit and chat or an optional talk on "The Song of Songs” with bro Darren Guy

There will be collections on the day to help spread the costs of the event, only if you are able, guide ave £10/head and £20/family
