BFOM Poinsettia Fundraiser

Payments can be made online, or with cash or a check made out to BFOM. Please indicate which form of payment you will be using in the form. All cash and check payments will need to be received by November 6th for the order to be processed. Cash and checks can be sent in with music students and delivered to their teachers, or can be mailed to:

order pick ups:
Monday, December 4th: 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the BHS Staff Parking Lot
(First Parking Lot on the Right, Look for the Signs for Plant Pick-Up)
Tuesday, December 5th: 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Bellingham High School
(please enter through the main doors and look for the signs for plant pick-up)
Pick-Up Policy:
1. All plants should be picked up during the days/times specified above.
2. Families can send a proxy to pick up their orders.
3. If you cannot pick-up during the days/times listed, you must contact the chairs Bev Pierce and/or Sarah Doyle by Wednesday, Nov. 29 to arrange for a special pick-up.
4. Any plants that are not picked up by Wednesday 12/6 at 2:00 PM that do not have special arrangements for pick-up will be SOLD again at the BMS Chorus concert that evening. Refunds are not automatic.
All proceeds go to support students enrolled in the Bellingham Music programs at BHS and BMS.
