We at Befrienders Kuching created this microsite with resources gathered from the internet as well as our on materials which we designed in-house

Befrienders is a non-profit organisation that provides emotional support services to those feeling suicidal and in general distress. We provide emotional support through phone, e-mail and WhatsApp. There are 9 centres across Malaysia which spans from Penang to KL and all the way to East Malaysia. During the Movement Control Order, we are also extending our operations through Skype, Facebook, Instagram & Twitter.

This microsite was created to alleviate stress and to provide a space for you to release stress and find activities to do during the Movement Control Order in Malaysia or lockdown if you are from another country. We gathered resources and activities from multiple sources across the internet and consolidate it on this microsite.
