Mark has been with the Baseball Factory for 23 years and serves as the National Scouting & Evaluation Crosschecker. In addition to his role with BF, he is also the Head Coach of powerhouse Virginia HS in Bristol, VA. He has coached 5 State Championship teams, and has been named State Coach of the Year 4 times. He also serves as a scout with the Atlanta Braves. Previously, he has held the role of Associate Scout for the Cleveland Indians and Arizona Diamondbacks.
Khareth is a native of Omaha, NE. He attended Iowa Western Community College and graduated from Creighton University. In 2000 he was an All-Region XI Second Team player and signed with the Kansas City Royals. He now works with Baseball Factory at various Player Development events across the country.
Chris is currently the Head Coach at East Mississippi CC. He was previously the Head Coach at Meridian CC and served as recruiting coordinator at The University of Mobile prior to Meridian.
Craig is a former Major League Pitcher with the Oakland Athletics where he played for legendary Manager Billy Martin. He spent several seasons in the big leagues. He played college ball at Delta College in Stockton, CA. He was drafted several times but didn't earn his Big League opportunity until he pitched professionally in Italy first. He is currently a scout with San Francisco Giants. Craig has been working with the Baseball Factory since 2013, working events in the Northwest, and Player Development Events nationwide.
Randy is the Logistics Coordinator for Baseball Factory. He is also an NATA-certified Athletic Trainer who has worked in high school, collegiate and professional settings. Randy was the trainer for The Citadel who played in the 1990 College World Series. Prior to his stint at The Citadel, he interned with the Philadelphia Eagles. For the past 24 years, he has taught Elementary School and has been the High School Athletic Trainer at Virginia High School in Bristol, Virginia. Randy has been working with Baseball Factory since 2003, providing excellent event efficiency and overall quality, and loves the game of Baseball.
