Players and staff will stay together at the Homewood Suites by Hilton. Once at the hotel, no transportation is needed for players. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all provided for participants – no spending money is needed for regularly scheduled meals. There may be drink and snack machines at the hotel, so you may wish to bring spending money for those items.
Travel Instructions for Players Traveling Alone:
Arrival and Pick-Up:
Players traveling alone (without a parent/guardian) will be picked up by Baseball Factory staff AT BAGGAGE CLAIM.
Our staff will be identifiable by a Baseball Factory shirt and/or a sign with a Baseball Factory logo.
Players traveling alone will be contacted on 7/13 with the name and cell phone number of the Baseball Factory staff member responsible for airport pick-ups on 7/14.
Important Notes:
Unless players have indicated on their travel forms that they are traveling without a parent (by checking the appropriate box), our staff will not have their flight information.
Our staff is at the airport solely to pick up players traveling without a parent(s).
For Parents Traveling with Players:
If you are traveling with your son, please arrange transportation for both you and your son to the facility.
We are unable to provide transportation in the team vehicles for anyone other than players and staff.
Additional Information:
With many flights arriving around the same time and the large size of the airport, there might be a delay in meeting you at baggage claim.
If a staff member is unable to meet you immediately, we will call or text the player (please ensure we have their mobile number) and inform them of when to expect us.
Please stay at your baggage claim until our staff member is able to meet you.
Accommodation and Meals Information:

Laundry Services at the All-Star Experience:
Baseball Factory staff will launder jerseys, pants, and personal items (socks, sliding shorts, undershirts, etc.) nightly.
Players will receive instructions on where and when to drop off and pick up their clothes.
Guidelines for Parents Watching Activities:
All activities are open for parents to watch.
There are NO admission fees charged for Baseball Factory Training.
Rules and Restrictions:
Meals noted on the itinerary are for players and staff only.
Parents are not allowed in any indoor spaces, dugouts, on any field, inside any batting cages, or in any player rooms.
Please do not yell at coaches or players.

Packing List for Players:
Baseball Pants: Gray or white (at least 2 pairs)
Socks: At least 2 pairs
Belt: Any color; must wear a belt if pants have belt loops

Copy of Health Insurance Card to be kept in your equipment bag

Important Note:
*You cannot carry a baseball bat on an airplane, nor can it be part of carry-on luggage. It must be inside a checked baseball bag or suitcase.
