About us
Polish National Federation for Solving the Problem of Homelessness is a national homelessness umbrella organisation founded in 2013 as a result of a partnership of six major Polish homelessness charities. The Federation associates entities devoted to combating homelessness (as defined by the European Typology of Homelessness and Housing Exclusion ETHOS developed and published by FEANTSA) and supporting the participation of the homeless people in social life. Members of the Federation are bound by a common vision saying that ending homelessness is possible.
The aim of the Federation is to prevent and mitigate the effects of poverty and social exclusion of people at risk of homelessness and experiencing homelessness by stimulating and supporting cooperation of all entities involved in helping the homeless in Poland and influencing social policy in the area of solving the problem of homelessness.
Currently the Federation has 40 members (see the members list) and has been a member of FEANTSA since 2018.
