BeYou was created from my passion for helping people navigate real-life challenges and step into who they’re truly meant to be. I believe everyone has the ability to grow, gain clarity, and create a life they feel confident in—you just sometimes need the right support along the way.
I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration and dual master’s degrees in Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling, along with an Iowa teaching license. For the past 16 years, I’ve worked in a high school setting as a teacher, coach, and assistant athletic director, supporting students, athletes, and families through challenges, transitions, and important life decisions.
I’m also a wife of 18 years and a mom of three kids (ages 9–15), so I understand firsthand the balancing act of life, family, career, and personal growth. I’m an avid runner and Peloton fan, and I truly believe in the connection between physical and mental wellness.
Like many of the people I work with, I’ve faced my own life challenges and obstacles. Those experiences have shaped how I show up—with empathy, honesty, and a no-judgment approach. I know what it takes to keep moving forward, even when things feel hard.
At BeYou, I take a practical, real-life approach—helping you gain clarity, manage stress, navigate transitions, and take meaningful steps forward.
BeYou is a coaching service, not therapy. I do not diagnose or treat mental health disorders. Instead, I focus on life, mental, and wellness coaching—meeting you where you are and helping you move forward with intention, confidence, and support.
My goal is simple: to meet you where you’re at, support you through what you’re facing, and help you become the strongest, most confident version of yourself.
