If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material unless we receive a notice from the copyright owner that the copyright infringement claim has been resolved.

Safe Harbor Provisions

We may be eligible for the safe harbor provisions of the DMCA, which protect online service providers from liability for copyright infringement if they comply with certain requirements. These requirements include:

• Designating an agent to receive DMCA notices.

• Implementing procedures for terminating users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
