Kristopher (he/him) serves as the Director of the LGBTQ+ Equity Center at the University of Maryland. He has previously worked in similar roles at Princeton University, the University of Kansas, and St. Cloud State University. In addition to his daytime responsibilities, he also serves as the Practitioner-in-Residence for ACPA-CSGI and is a former Membership Engagement Director for the Consortium of Higher Education LGBT Resource Professionals. Kris earned a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of South Florida and his research focuses on the social organization of equity work in higher education. When he isn't working or writing, Kris is eating or traveling with his husband, Alfredo, and their chihuahua, Scooby.

Kaity (she/her) is an Assistant Professor of Higher Education at The University of Southern Mississippi. Her research centers the experiences of LGBTQIA+ students, with a focus on multisexual-spectrum student communities. She also serves as the Faculty in Residence for ACPA-CSGI. Kaity earned her Ph.D. in Educational Studies from The Ohio State University. She loves baking, reading queer horror, and snuggling with her two pitbull mixes, Masha and Bruce.

Nick Daily (He/They) is a Black Queer person who has been facilitating workshops, and consultation for over a decade. They are the founder/CEO of LuvServedDaily Consulting. He previously served as the chief diversity officer at a large public community college. They love playing and watching friends & family play video games, karaoke (their go-to song is "Feeling Good" by Michael Bublé, and road cycling (including having ridden from SF - LA twice with the AIDS/LifeCycle)! Nick centers the humanity and dignity of everyone trying to make a positive change in the world in all of the work they do.
