Venue
The workshop is going to take place on 20th-21st June in Geneva at the beautiful Villa Boninchi. Attendance is free (including lunches), but the villa is limited to 24 participants: we are aiming to organise a small workshop that allows for exciting, in-depth discussions on the subject.
Transport & Accommodation recommendations
If you arrive in Geneva by plane, you can take a 5-minute train-ride to Cornavin (the central station in Geneva). If you arrive in train, you can get off the train at Cornavin. From Cornavin, you can take another train, tram lines 12 or 17, or bus lines 25 or 8 to Rive.
The villa is about a 30-minute bus ride from Rive in downtown Geneva on line E - a nice opportunity to see the beautiful suburbs of the city!
As June is fast approaching, please book your accommodation as soon as possible if you intend to participate. Some of the cheaper hotels you could choose from are:
- hotels around Rive (downtown): Hotel Churchill, Calvy, Hotel Pax, Hotel Diplomate
- further towards Corsier (where Villa Boninchi is): Atelier de St Maurice
- appartements on the French side (a bit more walking but cheap): Les Mermes à Veigy and Appartement lumineux et cosy proche de Genève
