1. Basic cleanings are billed at a 2 hour minimum. The 2 hour minimum is paid before cleaning begins. Deep cleanings are billed at a 5 hour minimum. The 5 hour minimum is paid before cleaning begins.

2. I can use your cleaning supplies, or my own. Make your request known before your cleaning appointment begins.

3. Cleaning a cats litter box is a deep cleaning service only. Non-negotiable.

4. If you want me to clean without you present in the home, supply me a key or a way to enter the property.

1. Personal shopping is billed at a 2 hour minimum. The 2 hour minimum is paid before shopping begins.

2. You most provide me with a shopping list and method of payment for the groceries. I do not shop on reimbursement. Grant me either a card or cash, I will provide receipts when I return your method of payment (or change if cash).

3. The mileage is $0.30 per mile, which is more than fair. It's not just for gas, but wear and tear on my vehicle.

4. Travel distances greater than 20 miles from your home, will be billed at $0.50 per mile for total mileage.

5. I can shop multiple locations in a single trip. I can pick up a few items at Publix, some at Detwiler's, others at Sprouts.
